Hi Justin

I've been reading your FAQ entry, and made this midi clip
showing various flavours of second and third,
played on trombones.

Notes played:

1/1 10/9 200 cents 9/8 2^(3/17) 8/7 7/6 2^(4/17) 300 cents 6/5 11/9 n(5/17) 5/4 400 cents 81/64
2^(6/17) 32/25
=
1/1 10/9 200.0 9/8 211.8 8/7 7/6 282.4 300.0 6/5 11/9 352.9 5/4 400.0 81/64 423.5 32/25
=
1/1 182.4 200.0 203.9 211.8 231.2 266.9 282.4 300.0 315.6 347.4 352.9 386.3 400.0 407.8
423.5 427.4

with drone at 1/1

where 2^(6/17) is degree 6 of 17-tet - all the 17-tet intervals
are there because I'm exploring 17-tet at present.

Easy to add more. It is just a matter of pasting the list of intervals into the FTS scale window
(with drone added) and clicking record to midi and play.

Also, here is a slide from 10/9 to 32/25, with a pause
at the 11/9 and 5/4.

Here is the sequence of seconds and thirds again. This time, I've added another
drone at 3/2, which makes a striking difference.
