A correction for Dan Stearns

Sorry, Dan . . . in my search, the CS property could be violated as
long as none of the _consonant_ intervals came out to different step
sizes in different places . . . for example, 7-out-of-12 is not CS
because the diminished fifth equals the augmented fourth, but as
that's not a 5-limit consonance, that doesn't bother me when looking
at the 7-out-of-12 as a scale with 6 consonant 5-limit triads.
