updates to Spider webpage and Tuning Dictionary

I've added an entry for 144-EDO into my Tuning Dictionary:

And a big update to my webpage giving the program notes to
my piece _A Noiseless Patient Spider_:

The _Spider_ page now features mp3's of the instrumental parts
(in addition to the MIDI already there), and the first 5 pages
of the score (which contain all but the last section).

(The page opens with the mp3 of the opening section, so it
may take a while before you hear it.)
