Let's not forget the Bohlen-Pierce 13th root of 3/1 scale, Stockhausen's
25th root of 5, Enrique Moreno's study of "expanded chromas"( various
divisions of 3/1, 5/1, etc.), Chowing's 9th root of phi in Stria as well
as McLaren's divisions of high primes.

However, some seemingly exotic non-octave divisions turn out to be
audibly equivalent to certain divisions of the octave in that their step
intervals are very close to n-steps of some octaval division.McLaren has
published on this in XH.
