weather during Microfest

Sorry if this is a bit off topic. I was wondering what sort of weather to
expect during Microfest. As Claremont is inland I presume there might be
frosts in early spring. Is this the case ?

Last time I was in LA the weather, and the people, made it really
unforgettable (even if I did take a few wrong turns on the way back from
meeting Kraig Grady and Erv Wilson and ended up on what you seem to regard
as the wrong side of the road). I'm definitely looking forward to coming
back.

Though we've had some unseasonably cold weather and an unusual amount of
rain recently, weather in Claremont is typically dry and on the warm side.
It is unlikely that lows will go under 40 degrees F (5 or 6 degrees C if
I've done my math correctly) though highs in the 80s F (27-32 C) are a
possibility. It might be a good idea to pack a sweater or two, but you can
leave your parkas at home. For those of you who like colder weather, a
half-hour drive can put you in the mountains and in the range of ski
resorts. There's lots of snow there now, but I have no idea how much will
be left in a month. Otherwise, nothing's likely to be frosty, especially
among us good-natured tuning folk! Current weather information and
