HOW DO I CONVERT RATIOS OR CENTS INTO FREQUENCYS?

multiply top number by base frequency then divide by the denominator
EX: 60hz = base
17 = numerator
60 *17 = 1020

1020/16 =63.75
so if 1/1 = 60hz then the 17/16 of the scale is @ 63.75hz
