Thanks for the notational tips for 31-tET. Either the double flats/sharps
(this'll obviously work well in Finale) or the +/- method will work much
better than what I've been doing. I'll probably use +/- for writing by hand,
it also looks more intuitive to me, since at the moment, I'm more interested
in the microtonal or 7 limit aspects than the meantone. Any of these methods
will certainly be better than fret numbers, which, although fine as
shorthand, gets tiresome, and that's not how I think of music anyway.
