Dear Haresh Bakshi,

An article by Boomsliter and Creel on the Long Pattern Hypothesis appeared in Journal of Music Theory, vol. 5, no. 1 (1961): 2-31. Unfortunately, no back issues for this volume remain available, but the collected issues of the journal are available in most major university libraries.

Dear David, you are right -- the library appears to be the only

Haresh.
