if you insist on translating
my suggenstion is to use

「アメリカの微分音音楽」祭
= "microtuned-musics in america" festival

「アメリカの微分音」祭
="microtone-things in america" festival

former is good 4 wide category of people that reads the title
latter is compact & cool 4 people that already know
that micro-music exist on this planet

BUT

if you want to keep the meanings of things correct
other people may translate it in their different ways
and then
AFMM might (virtually) turn into plenty of unknown festivals

maybe...using this:

'American Festival of Microtonal Music'

is the best

japanese people like to make things short
so
writing

AFMM ( = American Festival of Microtonal Music)

is kind and catchy
'AFMM' will give a feeling like
"mmm...it might be SOMETHING special"
