hepatonic subset of 13-tET which could be seen as an attempt
to utilize harmonics 11 and 13 (as well as their inversions)
in a hepatonic context roughly analogous to the Hungarian
major scale... I tried this piece tuned 1/1, 7/6, 16/13,
11/8, 16/11, 13/8, 9/5, 2/1 but I much prefer the 'bite' of
the 0-3-4-6-7-9-11-13 in 13-tET.
