Hello,

this message is directed to any Australian list members who may be lurking
out there.

I am thinking of organsiing some microtonal music events, so if there are
creators of microtonal music who live in Australia who woul like to
participate please send me a message re. this.

As many Australians have not been exposed to or participating in non 12tet
for quite as long as our American friends I am not interested in length of
experience but only interest and enthusiam to create a vibrant other tuned
musical culture.

So if you are a subscriber to this list then you are suffiently qualified
to particpate.

Looking foward to a rush of responses from all those Australian microtonal
lurkers out there !

Thanking you in advance ,

Justin White

Hi.
I live in South Aust (55% Salisbury, 45% Whyalla) and I have a 19tET guitar and
bass. I am kind of learning my way around the bass at the moment, but
originally I learned piano. I have no intention of learning the guitar. I
have designed and built a 19 note per octave MIDI keyboard. (It is a musical
research tool to assist composing with a sequencer rather than a performance
instrument.)

I have never met another microtonal music enthusiast in my life. Please tell
me you reside within 200 km of either of the above two cities.
