A friend gave me a quote attributed to Nostradamus that seems
appropriate at this time..."Come the millennium, month 12, in the home
of the greatest power, the village idiot will come forth to be acclaimed
the leader..." In all seriousness, it's artists who can do great good
in dark times, which is why, when the loonies take power, they always
put the great composers in concentration camps...knuckleheads seem to
like a good military march over anything, and deep art scares them.
Now's the time for folks like us to do our best, cause we're gonna need
