C-Sound Question

To all:

Is there anyone here with sufficient C-Sound experience, to tell me
how easy it is, or if it's possible to import a text list of
frequencies and amplitudes for creating new timbres?

I'm interested in this, because I would like to be able to synthesize
new timbres for matching timbres to tunings.

Any input would be greatly appreciated,

Jacky Ligon

It would depend on the format of your text list. Csound doesn't have a
provision for reading and parsing arbitrary text files. However, if you can
format the text so that the numbers can be read into a gen function table
or as parameters in a score file, then they can absolutely be used.
