small app to write micro-midi with a txt-editor

wrote a super-ultra-spider-simple freeware
that will turn your txt-editor
to a event-list oriented midi-file-writer

needed this to create a super-short but complicated midi-thangs
which would turn into aiff-materials 4 QuickTime instrument replacing

this thing was programmed with MAX

if any of windows oriented programmers can build same kind of apps
that would use the same format of txt-file as mine do
maybe txt-based midi-file co-editing can happen
platform independently?
