[off-topic] concatening MIDI-files

Does anyone know how I may concatenate a series of MIDI-files
into one long one?

I need to know this specifically in reference to my MIDI version
of Mahler's 7th Symphony

There is so much MIDI information in this piece that I was
forced to break it up into several small files to work with
it in my version of Cakewalk (2.0), but I would like to have
it available as one single file if at all possible.
