Following the "Folly"

I haven't had any time to write, and only a couple of odd moments to read, lately. Funny how life can intrude (Dad had *major* surgery and now, weeks later, is finally making good progress...). That said, can someone point out the source of Carlos's "Partch's Folly"? Is the text (I am *assuming* it is a monologue or article) online, or do I need to find it in an article somewhere?

I've seen various references here on the list, and think that I understand the gist of it, but am curious to have full knowledge of said follity.
