worshipping penises/tuning

Hey Pat P...you know, I have hung out with all sorts of slimy,
hilarious musicians over the years, and I'm pretty good at getting the
inside line on sexual jokes...but, how does worshipping a wanger relate
to what I was talking about regarding tunings in other cultures?
