Most of what I said in my reply to Kris Peck was correct, with the
following glaring exception...

This #2 is *not* guaranteed by MOS, it is guaranteed by strict propriety.

The reverse, that every scalar interval is the same acoustic size, seems
true only for equal-step tunings.
