HTML, newsgroups, etc.

I'm for the "web site where we can post stuff" idea.

I'm not for news groups or HTML mail, because many of us
live in places where we have to put up with shameful
telephone lines, atrocious bandwidth, and extorionist
telephone bills. In fact, using the word "bandwidth"
is a bit of a stretch for some places.
