I think this hit the nail on the head. It was this very reason that attracted me to this
Structure in the mid 70's- the suspension of tonality by a cycle/chain/shpere of consonance.
The unique relationship is also a feature that 12 tone rows were not capable of. When I speak
of new structural relationships possible with alternative tunings, this is the best example!
