(tuning) How do I make a 3/n wilson combination product set ?

This is my first message to this list, I am a relative new comer to non 12tet tunings and have spent the last year learning about just intonation.
I have recently come across combination product sets and have made a few 2/n sets. But I can not work out how you multiply the elements in the set when you take three elements or more at a time.

Could someone explain to me how this is dome ?
