Scale tuning trackers...

Anybody want to team up with me on trying to get some tracker programmers to implement scale tuning?The easiest way to do this,i think,would be to insert a adjustment feature(global for each song)where the scale tuning value could be set in cents.Like 63.16 for 19 tones per octave,or 100 for 12("regular")tuning.It would be quite easy for a willing programmer to implement,and if it is proven useful by musicians,they might want to do a more advanced version...what do you think?
