(off-topic plug alert) 12-tET MIDI-files of my early pieces

For fans of my music (but off-topic, because these pieces are
still in 12-tET... but I hope to retune them into JI someday...),
I've added MIDI-files of the two most significant of my very
early compositions:

my _2nd Symphony_ [1976], at:
http://www.ixpres.com/interval/monzo/worklist/sym2.mid

and the revised version of my _1st Quartet_ [1977], at:
http://www.ixpres.com/interval/monzo/worklist/strqt-rv.mid

I was 14 imitating Mozart, and 15 imitating Beethoven,
repectively.

Hmm, I'll have to check these out Monz. Mozart and Beethoven 'ey?
That's an awful precocious and "proper" teenager where I came from
buddy! <Northboro; it's just south of Hell> I think I was 14 imitating
Black Sabbath, and 15 imitating, well, ah... OK, Black Sabbath.

Gee, when I was 14 and 15 I was imitating Jack Benny and Stan Freberg ...
and Meredith Willson :-)

Yeah, well, my musical tastes have diverged quite a bit from
that standard since then! That's exactly why I thought I should
mention it.

But yes, when I was a teenager I *really* wanted to be the
next great symphonist.
