OK, JR, I won't take it personally. That said, I don't think my original post could be construed as a rant [Wester's: to talk or say in a loud, wild, or extravagant way] -- I posted it just as something that has been puzzling to me (causing me to scratch my head, emitting a torrent of pianissisimo microtonal sounds), and also as a veiled ... I don't know, Pep Talk?

Furthermore, I never once mentioned Bach. Or any composer by name.

I just *hate* my words being mischaracterized.
