Scala mystery is solved!

The Scala file "mystery" has been solved. It was nothing too
complex... I had just, rather inobservantly, included the
text "cents" after the decimal values as in Margo Schulter's text.

When I deleted this text, the Scala file worked fine!

I'm still going to delete my own file and leave Manual's up where it
is...
