I suspect that uploading may have happened in binary mode instead of
ascii mode and the file got corrupted. When I open that file in DOS
"edit", it is one long line.
However I uploaded the scale in your folder, had to give it another name
(schulter_17.scl), but it works fine. So I can't really tell what went
wrong in your case.

That makes a lot of sense... and probably that's what happened.
