fender style microtonal guitar neck needed

Hey all
I really want to put together a microtonal guitar with MIDI. ANy know
a hookup to get either a blank neck, or a person who can supply one
to my specs? Maple or Rosewood 19 frets/octave - Hopefully I can
achieve this at a reasonable cost
