My keyboard playing will be strictly in 12-tET, but my acoustic guitar
playing may feature a little bending of those 13-gauge strings . . . and my
singing will pretty much be in 5-odd-limit-JI relative to Kevin.

Well, putting aside the argument over whether Johnny's definition deprives
the term "microtonal" of any meaning whatsoever, this list is not called the
"microtonal" list anyway . . .
