I've only calculated the harmonic entropy at cents values.

Well, when there is a local minimum, it is generally within 1 or 2 cents of
a very simple ratio, so the issue is clear. When it's off by 10 cents or so,
I make a note of which two ratios are dominant.

It doesn't, but if you're going to proceed to calculate harmonic entropy,
it'll be good to have this straight.
