Unfortunately, though I'd like to say thanks, I have to say that I
barely have any mathematical abilities whatsoever, and even less
background. I just try to pick things up and put things together the
best I can along the lines of whatever my creative/music/tuning
interests happen to be.

Like the Beatles used to say (in deference to Paul Erlich), yeah,
yeah, yeah...

It seems you and Paul... well Carl Lumma and the 13 year old (I
couldn't even talk yet) Keenan Pepper are doing most of the
mathematical "heavy lifting" around here now that David Keenan is on
leave...
