OK boys and girls...

Let us all remember that each and everyone of us has different likes and dislikes, favorite tunings and dreaded cultural traits. Music (hopefully forever) can raise the passions in a person to a high level. Let us all show respect to each other.

I started on this list in July of 1996. There is an enormous amount of material that comes through here that I, frankly, don't have any interest in; that said, the vast majority of that material comes from people who I've grown to admire in their knowledge, passion, and explorative nature. I try to express that admiration with respect, and while opinions may diverge, look at the other party and find the good that surely lies there.
