[tuning] PC radios and CD burners

I am not trying to start another subject on a tangent to the topic of
microtones. I am actually seeking microtonal music with my new question.

Does anyone here have a PC radio? I am thinking of buying a radio for my PC so
I can burn CD's from the radio. So my question is this:

Can I burn CD's from a PC radio or burn CD's from the web radios? My objective
is to record the local college radio stations that play microtonal music or
"world music" they call it.
