Mats,

Graham Breed discusses the cycle of neutral thirds scale at:

Hello Mats,

I've also used a lot of 3L 4s scales. Though what I tend to do is look
at these as a wider, generalized group of scales where the linear
interval falls between 1/3rd and 2/7ths of an octave:

1/3 2/7
3/10
4/13 5/17
5/16 7/23 8/27 7/24
6/19 9/29 11/36 10/33 11/37 13/44 12/41 9/31

(etc.)

But if your main concern is culling only the equal temperaments that
have the best -- i.e., most aurally similar -- 11/9 type intervals,
you could just clamp down on the linear interval range accordingly to
tastes or need (though the right hand, 3/10 2/7 side is probably
already ideal for that).
