mysterious things happening [egroups files]

The "files" section of the Tuning List at egroups:
http://www.egroups.com/files/tuning/

has been growing mysteriously. Manuel op de Coul has the ENTIRE
Scala scale collection and documentation in his "docs" folder and
now, suddenly, Joe Monzo has included a neat experiment with a jazz
chord in 12-tET and 13 limit JI.

This is certainly a "convenient" place to go for things... files,
like .mp3s won't stream there, however... at least not the way I
tried it.
