Welcome, Pat Mullen!

I am delighted to see that Patrick Mullen has joined the tuning list.
Bill Alves originally gave him my address, we exchanged some e-mail,
and the rest is evolving history! As will already be clear from Pat's
initial posts, he is passionate about intonation, and I trust that
contact with list members will be mutually rewarding.
