As far as I can tell, the only person currently experiencing severe
bandwidth problems is Daniel Wolff... so I would vote, "Oui."

I'm lucky that I have a friend on my job that was kind enough to help
me translate Pierre's reply to Paul. Unfortunately, she's not a
composer and some of it was not easy for her - but I'll not mind
posts in French either, but I also thought his English was adequate.
