If by non-digital you mean analog electronics (the moog email name is a
tipoff), then most modular analog synthesizers are capable of doing non-12
equal tempered scales. Well tempered or just intonation scales in analog
synthesizers are quite a bit more difficult to achieve unless using analog
sequencers. Visit my web site for more info.

synthesis.
