microcast

I reinstalled the Icecast software and am getting a clear, non-chirpy
broadcast. Perhaps some misconfiguration in the last installation was
causing the huge file download problem too. Yessir, this Linux stuff gives
you plenty of rope to hang yourself. I ain't touching them config files
fer nothin this time.

I have moved my microtonal internet broadcast to
http://132.194.200.98:8000. I have increased my bandwidth,
though the bitrate is still 32K. I hope this will be more
stable. So far it is performing well.
