I get a more limited character set in the attached message than in standard
postings. Besides, attachments like this fail to make it to the archives and
digests. I'd suggest avoiding this approach in the future, and you may want
to repost for the benefit of the archives and digests.

I was not aware that Euler had proposed this 24-tone schismic tuning, but
Helmholtz also advocated it later.
