While serialism in 12-tet is somewhat off subject for this list, serial
techniques can be applied to any tuning system. Lejaren Hiller wrote a
string quartet using a 24-tone row and Joel Mandelbaum used the 12 tone
pseudochromatic scale in 19tet serially and tonally at the same time.

I queried the rec.music.theory newsgroup and got the reply below.
