About that 'G':

Danlee Mitchell has said that Harry simply found that low G was the most resonant low note that he felt comfortable singing, and since his early music was vocally oriented it had made sense to grow from there. The 'G' tuning fork at the opening to "The Dreamer That Remains" was a gift to him (I believe it may have been from Lou Harrison), and was a bit of a nod to his lifelong 'G'.
