Once again the Untwelve Microtonal Composition Contest - Cash Prizes!

Hello! This is the kick off to this year's microtonal composition
competition with cash prizes!! While the submission engine won't be ready
for a little bit the Untwelve board thought a little advance notice would
give everyone a chance to starting composing their entry!
