can't open this scala-files

Dear community,
I have scala, version 2.26r on Ubuntu-Linux.
Unfortunately, I can't open these to scala files (attached to the mail).
I get the error message:
"Error in file format of ..."
Is there someone, who can open theses files and maybee to format, that can
I open with my version of scala?

Hi Stefan,

at least under Windows, scala complains if I try to open a file with the extension .swp. From what I know, this is a backup file created by vim. Is there a file named "fes_c_gis.scl" in the same folder? If so, have you tried to open it?
If not, have you tried to rename the file to "fes_c_gis.scl", and then open it with scala?

P.S.: I get a fraud warning (?) when I try to download the file, and I didn't want to take any risks, so I can't say anything about the file's content

The problem is with your file name.
If you rename it to have no special characters (no ö) it will open fine.
