Does anyone know if Brian McLaren's "A Brief History of Microtonality
in the Twentieth Century" is available anywhere on the internet? Or
does anyone perhaps have an emailable version that they could perhaps
pass along to me? Brian had given me a photocopied version a long long
time ago, but much to my chagrin I've apparently lost it in one or
another moves.
