there is no reason not to keep A=440. I don't think anyone working in JI would consider any number with a fraction relevant nor is there any historical use of tuning to C.
for instance the Eikosany uses a simple vps in converting to a key where 1*5*11 becomes 55 times time 4 becomes 440. This also results in a just major scale on C as a result ofthe tuning

If generalized keybaords are the future to microtonal music, a notation that reflects how a scale falls on the keyboard is the most relevant not only has Wilson poinetd this out, but Milne has shown how directly a notation program can be devised according to the what ever keyboard one calls up. Hence one then has a system of lines and spaces that reflect the tuning and its subsets and one can physically see the same pattern on the keyboard. Not to mention that one does not have to learn more than one clef which does nothing but add even more confusion.
