Shepard tones, concert pitch

Hi guys, I wanted to run an idea by you all. I've been interested in Shepard tones; I googled & found one paper on Bohlen-Pierce Shepard tones based on tritaves...but I can't find a very satisfactory way of making them myself. It would be great if there were some way of doing this well.

There are Csound examples out there that you could adapt.
