I missed that Peter asked for all interval classes which i assume one would mean (# of) unit classes. actually it is possible to have one with only two at times in ETs. an example -if one takes the faux pelogs in 12 ET

here we only have two step sizes where as any particular 5 or 7 tone scale will only have three different intervals.
Such thing can be created in most ET i imagine
I am still not clear on the motivation though besides variety ,which might be enough, but some times the basic question tells us more than the technical version. when they are tritriadics it makes sense on that level, but what about the others ones?
