Organizing the page on UDP notation and adding Dave Keenan's naming scheme

Modal UDP notation is here:

http://xenharmonic.wikispaces.com/Modal+UDP+Notation

A while ago, Dave Keenan came up with a universal naming convention
for the modes of any MOS, as well as an abbreviated UDP notation which
represented any MOS as being steps up or down from the symmetric mode.

Should I really cram all of that onto this page, or make a new page?

Hi Mike,

I don't mind if it's same page or different page linked to and from that one, but it would be good to have it up somewhere.
