Mohavila temperament

Yep, seems useful enough to have a name. And that name is: "mohavila."

I note that I only care about the 2.3.5.11 subgroup for this
temperament. 7 is a bit complex, but I just put it for the sake of
having something. Is there a better mapping for 7 that anyone else can
see?

So now we have all three index-2 supertemperaments of mavila named:
bipelog, superpelog, and mohavila. Nice!
