Although I was playing this in 5-limit JI, it has clear 11-limit implications:

This is insanely great!

My best guess so far is that the 11-limit implications involve the 100/99 comma (25/18~11/8).

Do you mind if I blatantly rip off this chord progression? Works great in porcupine.

100/99 is much too wide for this. It's (11/8)/((10/9)^3).

Do you mind if I blatantly rip off this chord progression? Works great in porcupine.

Actually, it can't work; porcupine equates three 10/9s with 4/3, not 11/8.

Ah, okay, another 81/80 off from what I was thinking. Not 100/99, but good old 8019/8000 temperament.

Well, since porcupine doesn't temper out 8019/8000 this specific thing wouldn't actually work. But the distorted porcupine version of this I heard in my head works just as well. Even better since I won't technically be ripping you off!
